We our a family of five that have lived and served around the world for Christ. Our boys were born outside of the USA and for this reason our family has a fusion of both Asian and American cultures.

We have three children.
Tom is originally from the Midwest of the USA, the great state of Minnesota. He has lived in many places in the USA from San Diego, New York City and couple places in Texas over the years prior to moving to Southeast Asia. He served in Southeast Asia from 2009 to 2017 and is good knowledge of the region, culture and the church. He holds both a Master of Divinity, a Master of Theology, and a Doctor of Theology. He is currently working on Ph.D. at Institute of Lutheran Theology. He is also an ordained minister of Word and Sacraments and is rostered with Lutheran Congregations in Mission for Christ (LCMC) North American Lutheran Church (NALC), Lutheran Orthodox Church (LOC) and also United New Testament Church (UNTCI, An Evangelical Association). He is currently called to First Evan. Lutheran Church in Kirkland, IL.
Deuane also called Moon in English. She is a native to Lao PDR and has traveled all over the world. She has been to the USA multiple times and lived in Hongkong while studying her Bachelor of Theology. She also holds a Master of Theology. She is an ordained minister of Word and Sacraments within the Lao Evangelical Church, the National Church of Lao PDR. Deuane loves music and is passionate about worship. She also enjoys spending time with family and doing having friends over where she enjoys cooking and hosting the meal. Deuane is the only Christian in her family and she asks for prayers for them to know and love Jesus Christ.
